We are the controller of the personal data you send us through this website. Contact us about your data on 07943 111370 or by post to our registered office.

When you ask for a quote or a call back, we collect your name, phone number, postcode and the service you want, plus the page you sent the form from. A call back request collects only your phone number.

To call or text you back with a price, to book and carry out the clean, and to keep a record of the job. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

Taking the steps you ask for before a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR, and our legitimate interest in keeping job records, under Article 6(1)(f).

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and delivers form submissions to us by email, acting as our processor. Our email provider stores the messages we receive. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK; where it does, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records of jobs we carry out are kept for 6 years for tax and insurance.

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to count visits and see which pages lead to a quote request, but only if you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_[ID], which last up to 2 years. PostHog sets cookies whose names start with ph_[ID]_posthog, which last up to 1 year, keeps the same data in your browser's local storage, and may record how you move through a page with anything you type hidden. Our lawful basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR. Google LLC processes Google Analytics data for us and may transfer it to the US under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. PostHog Inc processes PostHog data for us on servers in the EU. We do not set advertising cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again, and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us and we will reply within one month.
