The heavy rooms first
The oven, extractor, fridge and bathroom take the longest. The team starts there so the products have time to work.
Room by room to the list
We follow the inventory: light fittings, doors, skirting boards, cupboards, windows and floors, in the order on the agent’s checklist.
Carpets, photos and keys
If carpets are booked we clean them last, so nobody walks on them wet. We send photos of every room, then return the keys to you or the agent.
How a visit works
Point out the problem areas
Show us any stain or mark, and tell us what caused it and whether anything has been used on it already. Some home stain removers set a stain or strip the colour, and that changes what we use.
Water and power
We bring the products and the equipment. We only need running water and a plug socket, so leave both on until we finish.
Pets and children
Keep them out of the room while we work, and off anything we cleaned until it is dry.

Can you clean a student house in Fallowfield or Withington?
Yes. Most student tenancies end in the summer. Tell us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and who will let us in. For a shared house, agree beforehand who is paying, so the booking is not held up.
What do you need to know about a city-centre or Salford Quays apartment?
The floor, whether there is a lift, and how we get in: concierge, fob or key. Also where we can park or unload, because many blocks have limited parking. With that we plan the visit and tell you when to expect us.
Can you collect keys from my letting agent?
Yes. Tell us which office holds the keys and when it closes. We collect them, clean the property and return them the same day. If the keys are at a concierge desk, tell us the opening times.
Will the clean help me get my deposit back?
We clean to your agent’s checklist and send photos of every room, so you have a record. If the agent flags anything we cleaned within 72 hours, we redo it free. Your deposit is usually held in a government-backed scheme (DPS, TDS or mydeposits), and each has a free dispute service if you and your landlord disagree. We cannot promise the deposit itself, because damage and missing items are outside a clean.
Do I need carpet cleaning as well?
Many agents expect carpets to be professionally cleaned at checkout, so check your tenancy agreement and inventory. Tell us when you book and we include the carpets in your fixed price.
