Included in every clean
- A written task list agreed before the first visit
- Desks, floors, bins and shared areas cleaned to that list
- Kitchens and washrooms cleaned and sanitised
- Visits before or after your working hours, so nobody works around us
- Building access, fobs and contractor rules agreed up front
What we clean on each visit
Every visit follows the same written task list, agreed before the first visit. A typical list:
| Area | Each visit |
|---|---|
| Desks and surfaces | Wiped around your papers, screens and keyboards, which stay where they are |
| Shared touch points | Door handles, light switches, lift buttons and phones wiped |
| Kitchens and tea points | Worktops, sinks and taps, microwaves and appliance fronts wiped, and the floor mopped |
| Washrooms | Toilets, basins, mirrors and taps cleaned and disinfected, soap and paper refilled from your stock, and the floor mopped |
| Meeting rooms and reception | Tables wiped, chairs put back, and fingerprints cleaned off glass doors |
| Bins and floors | Bins emptied and liners replaced, carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped |
| Extras, priced separately | Windows, ovens and carpet cleaning |
The cleaner ticks off the list and leaves a note of anything we could not do or that needs your attention. After the first visit you tell us what to change, and we adjust the list and the hours.
How often we visit, and what it costs
We suggest a schedule once we know the size of the office, the headcount and how the space is used. The main options:
| Visits | Suits | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Busy offices with shared kitchens and washrooms | Shorter visits, because there is less build-up each time |
| 3 times a week | Offices that want kitchens and washrooms kept on top of without a visit every day | Fewer hours a week than daily visits of the same length |
| Weekly | A small, quiet office | Longer visits, because a week of build-up has to be cleared |
Worked example, not a quote: an office that needs 3 visits a week of 3 hours is 9 hours a week. At our regular rate of £18 an hour, that is £162 a week, about £702 a month (52 weeks divided by 12). Kitchen and washroom deep cleans and carpets are priced separately. We confirm a fixed price before the first visit. For market rates and more examples, read what office cleaning costs in Manchester.

Regular office cleaning
How an office clean starts
Floor plan or walk-through
Send a floor plan or book a short walk-through. We note the desks, kitchens, washrooms, floor types and how many people use the space.
Task list and hours
We write a task list and agree when we visit, before your team arrives or after they leave. You get a fixed hourly price.
Building access
Many city-centre and Salford Quays offices are in managed buildings with a reception, fobs and alarm codes. Tell us who controls access and any rules for contractors.
Clean and check
We clean to the task list. After the first visit you tell us what to change, and we adjust the list and the hours.
How a visit works
Point out the problem areas
Show us any stain or mark, and tell us what caused it and whether anything has been used on it already. Some home stain removers set a stain or strip the colour, and that changes what we use.
Water and power
We bring the products and the equipment. We only need running water and a plug socket, so leave both on until we finish.
Pets and children
Keep them out of the room while we work, and off anything we cleaned until it is dry.

Typical market rates in Manchester are about £16 to £22 an hour. Our regular clean is from £18 an hour and a one-off deep clean from £25 an hour. Your total depends on the size of the office, how often we visit and what the task list covers. We confirm a fixed price before we start.

Can you clean out of hours?
Yes. We can visit before your team arrives or after they leave. Tell us your working hours and when the building opens and closes, and we agree a time that suits both.
