About Steam & Shine

A Manchester cleaning company with its own team. The people who quote you are the people who clean.

Who we are

Steam & Shine is run by a team based in Oldham, Greater Manchester. We clean carpets, sofas, rugs, mattresses and whole properties for homeowners, tenants, landlords and businesses across the UK, at the same prices everywhere.

The company

Steam & Shine is a trading name of Deeporax AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17293947. Registered office: 932 Middleton Road, Oldham, OL9 9SB.

You can check the company on Companies House.

Our own team

Every job is done by our own trained technicians, never subcontractors, so you get the same standard on every visit.

Insured and checked

We carry £5m public liability insurance, and every technician has a DBS check. Ask and we will send the certificates before your clean.

How a job works

You call or send us a photo. We give you a fixed price and a time that suits you, often the same week.

We call you back. We call or text within 1 working hour, Mon to Sat, 8am to 7pm, with a fixed price. WhatsApp us a photo if that is easier.
We clean. We arrive in the slot you picked and clean to the price we agreed.
You check. Not happy with an area? Tell us within 72 hours and we come back and clean it again, free.

How we clean

We use hot water extraction with strong suction and air movers, so the carpet is left damp, not wet. Most carpets are dry in 2 to 4 hours.

We move sofas, chairs and tables and put them back on protective pads. Please clear small items. Beds and wardrobes stay where they are and we clean around them. Before we leave, you walk round with us.
