Steam & Shine is a trading name of Deeporax AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17293947. Registered office: 932 Middleton Road, Oldham, OL9 9SB. These terms apply to every clean we book with you.

Prices on this website are starting prices for standard sizes. We confirm a fixed price before we start. If the job is bigger than described, we agree any change with you before doing extra work. The minimum charge is £60.

You can move or cancel a booking free up to 24 hours before the slot. Later cancellations may be charged the minimum charge of £60.

If you book by phone or online, you have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to clean within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for the work already done.

Access to the property, parking nearby, running water and electricity. Please move small and fragile items before we arrive. We move larger furniture.

We do our best on every stain, but some, like bleach marks, dye transfer or old pet urine, may not come out fully. We tell you before we start when we expect that.

If you are not happy with any area we cleaned, tell us within 72 hours and we come back and re-clean it free.

We are insured. If we damage something, tell us within 48 hours and we will repair, replace or pay for it where we are at fault.

Payment is due when the job is done, by card or bank transfer. Landlords and letting agents can pay by invoice within 14 days.

These terms do not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
