How much does carpet cleaning cost in Manchester?
A bedroom is from £45, a lounge from £60, and stairs with a landing from £45. You get a fixed price before we start, and the minimum charge is £60.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Usually 2 to 4 hours. We use hot water extraction with strong suction and air movers, so the carpet is left damp, not wet.
Do I need to move the furniture?
No. We move sofas, chairs and tables and put them back on protective pads. Please clear small items. Beds and wardrobes stay where they are and we clean around them.
Can you get rid of pet urine and smells?
In most cases, yes. We treat urine with an enzyme cleaner that breaks down the source of the smell, not just the stain. If an old stain has bleached the fibres, we tell you before we start.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We clean to the inventory checklist, invoice the agent or landlord directly and can collect keys from the office.
What does an end of tenancy clean include?
The whole property to the agent’s inventory checklist: kitchen and oven, bathroom limescale, inside cupboards and drawers, inside windows, skirting boards, floors and a full carpet clean.
Is professional carpet cleaning worth it?
Hire machines leave carpets wet and soapy, and the soap attracts dirt back. Professional extraction rinses the residue out and removes far more dirt, so the carpet stays clean for longer.
